Gutter whitening, listed as the Exterior Gutter Wash, cleans the outside face of the gutter, the part everyone sees from the street. It is recommended every 5 years, and it is priced from $79 as an add-on when the gutters are already being cleaned.
That add-on rides along with the cleaning packages described on the gutter cleaning page, where the crew works through Clean, Flush, Reseal, Brighten and Repair. If the gutters are fine and only the finish is tired, brightening is the shorter job.

Gutter, fascia and soffit brightening, and the whole exterior
Brightening takes in the gutter, fascia and soffit together, the three pieces that sit side by side at the roof edge. The published price is $300 to $400, with a lead time of 2 to 5 days and 2 to 3 hours on site.
For the walls themselves there is an exterior building wash. Pricing for a full house wash is not published, so it is quoted from the estimate request. If the washing turns up rotted fascia or soffit, the repair side is covered on the fascia and soffit page.

Deck, fence, retaining wall, driveway and sidewalk
The same pressure washing covers a deck and fence wash, a retaining wall wash, and driveway, parking lot and sidewalk washing. Luiz, who joined in the first months of the business in 2020, is photographed surface-cleaning a driveway, which is the kind of flat work this covers.
