Chapter 01
Two packages, and what each one includes
Chappell publishes both cleaning packages with their prices, so you can tell what a visit costs before anyone calls. Basic Cleanout, from $109, is the one for recurring cleanouts. + Flush + Seal, from $169, is for homes with leaks and gutter guards.
The difference is two lines. Basic does not include a gutter flush or a seam reseal. The + Flush + Seal package does everything Basic does and adds both. The full list of what each one covers is in the price panel just below.

Add-ons, and what haul-away costs
Three add-ons go on top of either package. An underground downspout jet-out is $20 each and is recommended once every 10 to 15 years. Gutter whitening starts at $79 and is recommended every 5 years. Gutter re-alignment starts at $299 and is done as needed.
If you want the debris hauled away, that is $6 per bag, charged on top of the package price.
Chapter 03
One, two and three stories, by ladder or from the roof
The crew cleans gutters one, two and three levels in the air every day, working from ladders or from the roof depending on the house. A small building can take as little as 45 minutes. A large one can take up to 5 hours.
You do not have to be home. After you schedule, you get a text and an email with your appointment details, and Neil's team works from there in Springdale, Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville and Bella Vista.
Every visit includes a look at the whole system
Cleaning is where Chappell started in July 2020, and it is still how many Northwest Arkansas customers meet the crew. A visit is not only about the debris. The tech looks over the whole system, so if a gutter overflows because of a clog, a missing splash guard or the wrong slope, you hear which one it is.
