ROOF EDGE
Seamless gutter installation, formed on site and hung in a day.
Complete and partial seamless gutter installation and replacement across Northwest Arkansas. 5-inch standard, 6-inch premium, custom box gutter, and a 3x4 downspout as standard.
Chapter 01
Formed on site, cut to your house
Every seamless gutter Chappell hangs is custom-made on site. The run is formed to the length of the wall it will sit on, so there are no factory-length sections to join along the eave and no extra seams for water to find.
The standard is a 5-inch K-style gutter. The premium option is a 6-inch K-style, and custom box gutter is available when the house calls for it. The 5-inch runs come off a KWM Ironman seamless machine that Neil and Hannah bought in March 2021 and named Toph, the purchase that turned a gutter cleaning company into an installer.
Choose from 24 factory-finish colors, from white on a pale brick gable to dark on a stone front. Neil's crew works out of the Athens Ave shop in Springdale and installs across Northwest Arkansas.

Oversized 3x4 downspouts as standard
Full installs get Chappell's standard 3"x4" oversized downspouts. A gutter is only as good as the pipe that empties it, and a bigger opening lets the water the gutter catches actually leave in a hard Arkansas rain.
Where the downspout lands matters as much as its size. If the water has nowhere to go at the bottom, the crew can connect it to a buried line, which is what the underground drains work is for.
Chapter 03
Fascia first, then the gutter
Older homes often have fascia damage that can turn into structural trouble while a new gutter goes up.
Chappell's crew is trained to solve those problems before the new gutters are hung. That is why fascia and soffit repair joined the services list in 2021: so a homeowner can handle every pre-installation repair through one contractor instead of three. If the board behind your gutter is soft, we fix it first, then hang the gutter on something solid.
What it costs and how long it takes
Seamless gutter installation averages $1,500 to $3,000, with a $600 project minimum. The range is wide because houses are: a one-story ranch and a two-story with a porch are different amounts of aluminum and different amounts of ladder time.
Lead time runs from 2 weeks to 1 month, and the install itself averages 1 day on site. Estimates are free, so call (479) 717-7726 or send the estimate form and the pricing usually comes back within one business day.
Warranty on the work
Full installations come with Chappell's standard 5-year limited labor warranty. The 6-inch premium gutter carries a 20-year CG limited labor warranty, and the install is covered by a 20-year mastic material limited warranty.
Keep your invoice. The full terms, and how to file a claim if you ever need to, are on the warranty page.
“Just use them. They know what they are doing and I am very pleased with their quality of work as well as how good it looks. Can't wait for the rain now!” Z Jernigan, Google review, Feb 2026. Call (479) 717-7726 for a free estimate.
