Roof edge
Gutter repair that fixes the problem without replacing the system.
Leaks resealed, hangers replaced and tightened, slope corrected and downspouts put back where they belong. Typically $120 to $200, backed by a 90-day warranty.
Chapter 01
Fix what is broken, keep what is sound
Chappell's maintenance and repair work is designed to solve a gutter problem without the cost of replacing your entire gutter system. If the run is basically sound and one part of it has let go, that part gets repaired and the rest stays on your house.
The common jobs are refastening gutters to the fascia, sealing water leaks, re-sloping a run that holds water, and installing downspouts. Neil's crew handles them out of the Athens Ave shop in Springdale for homes across Northwest Arkansas, from Rogers and Bentonville to Fayetteville and Bella Vista.

Leaks: old sealant out, corners and seams resealed
A gutter that drips is almost always leaking at a corner or a seam. The leak sealing service removes the old sealant first and then reseals the corners and seams, rather than smearing fresh sealant over a failed joint.
Chappell's own repair copy is direct about why it matters. Resealing stops the leak, and that prevents fascia wood rot, mold growth on the siding and foundation issues. A small drip left alone for a few seasons turns into a repair that costs a lot more than the seam did.
Chapter 03
Hangers tightened, slope restored, downspouts back on the wall
Refastening a gutter to the fascia means replacing and tightening the gutter hangers. That keeps the run tight to the board and also restores a properly sloped gutter, which is what lets water travel to the downspout instead of sitting in the middle of the run.
Downspouts get the same attention. Chappell reattaches downspouts that have pulled away from the house and installs new ones where a run has none. If you are not sure which of these your gutters need, describe what you see when it rains and the crew will tell you.
Price, timing and the 90-day warranty
Gutter repair typically runs $120 to $200, and Chappell's own page says the price depends highly on what the service needs. Lead time averages one week, and a repair visit usually takes one to three hours on site.
Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty, the same terms Chappell applies to partial installs. Estimates are free: call (479) 717-7726 or send the estimate form, and pricing usually comes back within one business day.
“He repaired a botched gutter and siding job another company did for me last week. Wish I would have called him first. Estimate was sent over within minutes and he started working the next morning.” Ezra Schwarcz, Google review, August 2026.
